Buyback Terms
How device evaluations, offers, ownership transfer and payment work when you sell equipment to Reclaim Tech LLC.

1. Evaluation and Offers
Preliminary figures are estimates based on the information you provide. The final offer is confirmed after physical inspection and functional testing, and reflects model, configuration, age, cosmetic condition and current market demand.
2. Ownership
You represent that you are the lawful owner of the equipment or are authorized to sell it, and that it is free of liens, leases or third-party claims. Equipment reported lost or stolen will not be purchased and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
3. Data Removal
Please back up and remove your data and disable activation locks or account associations before transfer. Devices that still carry an active lock may be declined or receive a reduced offer. Reclaim Tech LLC applies documented sanitization procedures to data-bearing devices it accepts.
4. Accessories
Chargers, adapters, controllers and original packaging may increase value. Missing accessories may reduce it.
5. Revised and Declined Offers
If inspection reveals undisclosed damage, missing components or functional faults, we may revise the offer. You may accept the revised offer or request the equipment be returned. Return shipping for declined offers may be your responsibility.
6. Payment
Payment is issued after the offer is accepted and the equipment is received and inspected. Method and timing are confirmed as part of the transaction.
7. Final Sale
Once an offer is accepted, payment is issued and title transfers, the sale is final and equipment cannot be reclaimed.
8. Items With No Recoverable Value
Equipment without resale or reuse value may still be accepted for responsible recycling. Certain items, such as CRT displays or heavily damaged units, may carry a processing charge based on type, weight and handling requirements.
