Reclaim Tech can provide business clients with project documentation upon request. Depending on the project, this may include chain of custody, asset inventory, data sanitization, destruction, recycling, resale, and revenue recovery records.

Exact documentation depends on equipment type, services selected, project size, and written agreement. Clients should request required documentation before processing begins whenever possible.
Pickup Receipt / Work Order
A record confirming equipment was received, including date, location and general condition notes.
Chain of Custody
Documentation that tracks who handled the equipment from pickup through final disposition.
Asset Inventory Report
A list of received equipment with manufacturer, model, serial or asset tag details where available.
Data Sanitization Documentation
Records describing the sanitization method applied to data-bearing devices and the disposition of each unit.
Certificate of Data Sanitization
A certificate summarizing the sanitization performed on applicable devices for qualifying projects.
Certificate of Physical Destruction
A certificate confirming that selected media was physically destroyed and is no longer recoverable.
Asset Disposition Report
A summary of whether each asset was refurbished, resold, parted or recycled.
Recycling / Downstream Documentation
Documentation covering the recycling path and downstream handling of material without reuse value.
Revenue Recovery Statement for Model B
A statement showing eligible resale proceeds and the agreed revenue share for qualifying projects.
Equipment Purchase / Settlement Record for Model C
A record of the upfront purchase price and settlement for qualifying direct buyout projects.
